Step 1/6 - Vehicle owner or guardian details

Before you begin to complete the storage Booking Form, it’s worthwhile having the following information to hand:

Vehicle Log Book. For the registration, make, model and year of manufacture - we will also need a copy of this with the car when it arrives in storage.
Vehicle Insurers Details & Policy Number.
Road Tax and MOT information. You can check your vehicle Tax status here and your vehicle MOT status here‍

Once you have the information to hand this form should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. Please also make sure you have read and are comfortable with our Privacy Policy & Terms of Business.

We ask that all cars come in clean, dry and free from anything that doesn’t normally belong with the car. If your car is not clean or dry when it arrives with us we will provide a standard in/out maintenance wash charged at £50 (ex vat)*.

*This service is free of charge for all customers storing their vehicles over 12 months.

Whilst your car is in storage with us can also manage several restorative services.

These include but are not limited to;

A full suite of detailing services including paint correction, machine polishing, ceramic coating as well as leather or fabric restoration
Alloy wheel refurbishment
Headlight restoration (de-fogging)
Minor stone-chips and scratch removal
Soft top refurbishment

Car Sales and Concierge Service

We can help customers find certain vehicles for purchase or sell their vehicles whilst in storage. As well as handling photography,

advertising, enquiries and organising test drives we will also provide introductions to our dedicated finance and insurance partners.

Step 5/6 - important information, please read

Access and Vehicle Removal Notice Periods

We are always happy for clients to use their vehicles and as such we provide short-term secure parking for clients everyday vehicles when collecting and using the stored vehicle.

Temporary Car Removal Notice periods:

We ask for at least three working days notice for clients who wish to withdraw their vehicles temporarily. The onsite secure parking for everyday vehicles is complimentary. We also offer out of hours key-drop services.

Permanent Car Removal Notice periods:

For short-term clients eg. 0-6 months of storage we ask for a minimum of 14 working days notice to remove a vehicle from storage permanently unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For long-term clients eg. 6+ months of storage we ask for a minimum of 30 days (1 month) notice to remove a vehicle from storage permanently unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Details

All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

All clients have the choice of paying annually, bi-annually, quarterly or monthly.

If choosing to pay quarterly or monthly we require the first 13 weeks’ payment upfront. From the end of the 13 weeks, we move to a monthly direct debit which is set up easily via our email invoice system.
